Conceiving Governor’s Baby

Prologue

Governor Alejandro Jemenia appears to have it all—fame, glory, and respect. Yet, amidst the passing hours, days, months, and years, there's one crucial factor he hadn't accounted for: fatherhood.

Yearning for the tender affection of a child, he longs to feel small hands in his, to revel in the joyful cacophony that accompanies parenthood. He craves the warmth of being a dad, but he's afraid of commitment, except in politics. He staunchly believes that embracing family could make him weak in the cutthroat world of politics.

Then, fate intervenes. A chance collision with none other than the daughter of his archenemy, the very person who shattered his world by taking his parents' lives, occurs. Alejandro sees an opportunity to manipulate his adversary by claiming their daughter, Samantha Lacson, as the mother of his child.

But as he gets deeper into his plan, he starts to wonder: Is he really doing this just to spite Samantha's father, or is there something more behind his desire for a family?
