What Rhea said earlier might just be an empty threat, but what if it is not?
Apart from Rhea being my fathers police dog, she is also my moms walkie talkie and I gave her that name because since I transferred to Orion from silver city to complete my college , my father invited Rhea over for her to be the one to show me around my new school and since then she just warmed up to both my parents.
