Darkness. That’s all that greets me when I open my eyes. Just pure inky nothing. I yawn, unsure what time it is, not really remembering when I fell asleep. The bed is cold, the blankets must have fallen off at some point. My hand roams out, looking for them but to no avail. I sigh, sitting up and swinging my legs off the bed.
