“What? H-how did I get here?” I turned around and realised the door I came through was missing, “What trick is this?”
Taking few steps back, I raised my hand and whispered a protection spell.
“Your powers don’t work here, sweetheart” Erique stood up and walked towards me slowly.
“Stay back! What do you want from me?” I raised my hand and tried to hit him hard with my powers but none seemed to work. I looked around to see if there was anything for me to use to hit him.
“I know what you are thinking. You can’t hurt me here. This is my world. And it will be yours, if you join me” he raised his hand offering me to take it, “I’m not going to hurt you. I just want to help you. Make it all go away. I can take away your sadness”
