Andy walked towards the exit, she knew Mickey wouldn’t make it to pick her up, but she could get a cab ride home. Andy waited for a while in the lobby since some people were stuck from a downpouring rain. She waited for about fifteen minutes, but no cab passed by. She understood since the weather was awful.
Andy took out her phone to try to get a cab from her hailing app. She was busy browsing when a black SUV stopped in front of her, the window rolled down, and she saw Damien inside looking at her.
“Hop in!” he said.
