"I can't believe that YOU wanted to come early today! Who are you, and what have you done with my twin brother?" Raven teased.
"I want to see my girlfriend," I said sheepishly.
"River, you spent Friday and Saturday with her! And you are going out with her tonight too! I've never seen you like this before!" my sister said, rolling her eyes.
"I've never had a girlfriend before!" I said lowly.
"River, I understand. Dating Alex is new for me, too. But this..." Raven said softly.
"Yeah, it's intense and probably a bit much for her. But Sage will be gone for a week, and I want to spend every moment I can with her," I admitted.
"Obsessed much?" my sister teased, her eyes dancing. Raven knew I was in love with her best friend, and Sage cared deeply for me.
