Raven and I walked to the cafeteria to meet our friends for lunch. We gathered at our familiar table, claiming the usual spots. Tristan, Vince, Willow, Kyle, Emily, Jason, River, Steve, and Claire were already there sharing class stories and discussing the birthday party. I sat down beside my boyfriend while Raven seated herself beside Willow. River put his arm around me and softly kissed my head as I leaned in to snuggle with him.
