She was alluring, with long blonde hair and bright blue eyes. There was a haunted look in her mesmerizing eyes. I couldn't look away. She was right beside me and yet felt so far away. My heart raced, and my breath caught in my throat. The air was bitterly cold, and I shivered as I wrapped my arms around myself. I did so not just because of how glacial the temperature had become but to grant myself a smidgen of comfort. Was this a dream? Or was I dream walking again?
