Chapter 7 The best time to catch Police Chief Ramsey—and catch him unaware—is early in the morning. It’s also best to go in equipped. True, the Springside Police Department has upgraded its coffee supply. But Chief has never turned down a thermos of mine. When I enter the lobby, the whole place already smells and sounds like the Coffee Depot.
