Vivian “I don’t know what else I thought would happen,” I admitted to Marian after telling her how my morning with Finn went. She sat on the porch swing quietly reading a book while I pruned the garden. Some of the plants had overgrown and were strangling smaller flowers. I found some shears in the cottage and thought it would be nice to have something to keep me busy. “Now you know.
