I hurried to compose myself as a familiar figure stood before me, blocking the inside light.
“Cole?” I gasped, instantly sobered by his unexpected appearance. “Cole Thomas?”
“The one and only,” he grinned, stepping further into the sunlight, revealing his remarkable blinding blue eyes and surfer-boy-bleached blonde hair. His body had filled out since graduation, but that was a few years ago, and he had never been a petite guy. The muscle in his arms alone left little space between him and the door frame. His ridiculously tight singlet left nothing to the imagination. He has no shame!
