They dried off and gave Stephanie a tour of the little house. It was about a block away from the vacation house Grant’s family had owned for years. At times it freaked him out that he had a partner who could buy a house in Cape Cod. The crazy thing was that Grant had discussed the whole plan with him first, laid out the options as he saw them, the upsides and downsides, how the market was doing at the time. Since they’d only moved in together a few weeks before, Jesse hadn’t really thought it was any of his business but he’d been smart enough not to share that with Grant. He’d listened to what Grant had told him, asked a lot of questions, then offered his opinion, making it clear he would support whatever decision Grant made.
