Amaris' POV
King Ragriel was walking towards us with the beautiful woman beside him. His eyes were directed at me and I can see terror in it. It's making me feel so miserable under his dominating stares. My legs were almost wobbling from his dangerous presence and pain succumbing to my whole.
The woman's hand on his arm was like a rope that's choking me to death. Tears were pooling in the corner of my eyes as I gripped on Prince Daniel's arm tighter. I bet he could feel it because I felt his hand slowly touch my hand and started caressing it gently as if comforting me.
King Ragriel's jaws clenched as his gaze shifted from me to Prince Daniel who's standing proud beside me. A dark aura was surrounding both of them and the tension rose as the distance between us shortened.
