Drugs

"Advaita, it is imperative that we secure this deal no matter what. Just be on your best behavior and everything will work out smoothly. However, I must warn you that if I discover you are once again playing games on your phone instead of communicating with clients, it will have serious consequences." Advaita's mother Anshika said, giving a warning. Advaita huffed and said, "Mumma, now you too? This is my age to play. Are you making me work instead of letting me play? This isn't fair." Anshika spoke in a strict tone "I know what is beneficial for you and what is not. While it might seem like I am being strict and adding weight to your shoulders, I assure you that in the future, you will appreciate my decisions. Both you and your brother have equal rights to inherit my business. Therefore, I want to provide you with the necessary resources to carry on my legacy, just as your brother would." Advaita shook her head and said, "OK mumma. Just trust me, I won't let you down." Anshika said, "I know and I trust you. These clients and Naksh already know each other, so Naksh is also coming with you. I want your best behavior. I don't want to hear any complaints." Advaita whined in protest, "Naksh? Why does he have to come with me? I have said a thousand times that I don't like him, yet why do you want to bind us in a relationship?" Anshika strictly said, "I have already expressed my stance on this matter. A debate is not what I am seeking. Your father had made a promise to Naksh's family that you both would tie the knot in the future. It was his last wish, and I intend to fulfill it. I fail to understand what the problem is with this relationship. Naksh is a good and responsible person. Though there is a slight age difference, it should not be a significant issue. Furthermore, he takes care of you, yet you continue to avoid him. Can you please tell me what the problem is?" Advaita got up from her seat and said "I feel like there's no point in trying to explain myself to you because I don't think you'll ever truly understand me. What's most important to me is my happiness, and promises should never be more important than that. If my dad were still alive, he would have prioritized my happiness over any promises made to someone else. Unfortunately, you never made an effort to understand that. However, I want to assure you that I will complete the work you've given me properly. So, please don't worry." Advaita stood up and left without hearing anything. She couldn't comprehend why her mother wasn't willing to believe that Naksh was not a good person. He was two-faced and only cared about his interests. Despite numerous warnings from people, Anshika still refused to see Advaita's perspective. Advaita took all the thoughts out of her mind and went to get ready. After some time, she and Naksh were waiting for their clients in a hotel room. Advaita asked "And how long do we have to wait? What kind of clients do you have who have no sense of time?" Naksh replied "They are very important clients and are coming from far away, so it will take some time. Have some patience." But Advaita was not getting good vibes today. Naksh's behavior seemed to have changed a lot compared to the rest of the day. He was sitting a little more quietly today. Advaita texted her elder brother, Advit, "I don't know what I am saying but I don't feel anything is right. Please come pick me up. I don't know why I'm so nervous. This Naksh is giving very creepy vibes today." At the same time, Advit's text came, "Hey, little sis. I wanted to let you know that I'm leaving town today. I didn't call earlier because I thought you were in a meeting. If you're not feeling well, please let Shivansh know. He can help you out and keep you safe." Advaita said to herself, "I would rather not speak about him, and I certainly don't want to assist him. But I'll wait and see how things unfold. If they don't go as planned, I'll have to reach out to Shivansh - The Devil, although I'm not fond of him. However, I trust Shivansh more than Naksh, and I would do so a million times over. " Suddenly, Naksh said, "Samriddhi has been hurt, I am taking her to the hospital." Advaita picked up a glass of juice and asked "But why do you have to go? She's just your secretary and is not in the office at the moment but at home. Where is her family?" Naksh glared at Advaita and said "You don't have the authority to tell me what to do. I don't need your advice. Learn to do your work independently. How long will you keep relying on me?" Advaita said in a loud voice "Mind your words, Naksh. You came with me without being called. Just get lost." Naksh glared at Advaita with a murderous expression and stormed off. Advaita quickly downed the entire glass of juice in one gulp, savoring the delicious flavor. Her anger towards Naksh had not subsided, and she proceeded to drink three more glasses of juice. However, instead of calming her down, she felt her body temperature rising. She felt lighter, but her whole body was now overheating. Advaita said to herself "There is something wrong with the juice. Someone added something to it and it's causing a big mess. But who did it?" She picked up all the files from there and hid them somewhere in the room where no one could find them. Then she called Naksh. Advaita said "My health is getting worse, Naksh. Please come here and send me back to my house." Naksh said, "Sorry Advaita, Samriddhi needs me. You have to manage this somehow, bye." Saying this, Naksh disconnected the call. Advaita said to herself "If I call my mother, she will not trust me. My brother is gone, then who will help me? I am one hundred percent sure that I have been given drugs. Has Naksh done that?" Was Advaita right? Was she given drugs? Who was behind all this and who will save Advaita?
