He looked at the assembled competitors. “There are three simple rules that all competitors must follow: No killing, no cheating, and no sabotaging or fighting other competitors in-between matches. Each match also has its own particular rules and requirements, but those three, known simply as the Three Rules, are the only rules which apply to the entire Tournament.”
Winter saw more than a few of the villain participants frown when Sigil said no killing, but that was fine by Winter. Winter wasn’t above killing his enemies, but he could live with that restriction. He did wonder, though, how Aeno defined ‘cheating,’ though he suspected that Aeno’s definition was probably not very well thought out.
