Laurel took a close look at Scarlett, trying to decipher which parts of her body resembled Alpha Darius'. She couldn't see a single similarity.
Scarlett giggled and waved. "We don't look alike at all. He takes after Dad. I am my mother's copy. You can see it in our personalities as well. Don't worry; you will get to know everything in due time. We have our entire lives to get to know each other. What do you want for dinner, Luna?"
That form of address was still uncomfortable for Laurel. Laurel would have liked to correct her, but when she remembered how determined Alpha Darius was, she just left it at that.
Besides, Scarlett was a big talker. It was impossible for Laurel to talk over her in this lifetime.
