Darius left the meeting room with Kit on his heels. The new pack house building had more people to work on the commercial side of the pack compared to the old one.
The business was taken care of, and the money was made to fund the pack. Darius appeared significantly less on this side of the pack house, as a lot of his time was taken by the old pack house and the soldier's training.
Whenever he was around, the staff in the building couldn't help but take a few extra glances. It had become a sport in the packhouse to stare at him without being caught.
"He appears to be in a good mood today," one of them whispered as Alpha Darius passed by the meeting room.
"I heard he was visited by a girl at the training field!"
The explosive news spread through the building faster than a forest fire.
