"I wish I had known you were trouble before I decided to go out with you," she yelled at him.
"How could you do this to me, after claiming that you love me? You scumbag," she yelled at him again, her lungs hurting.
"Stop crying. You are so needy the whole time, it drives me crazy. How do you except me, to be sane while being with you?"
"Is that so? I am needy? I drive you crazy?"
"Yes, you do. We have been going out a year and a half and you won't even have s*x with me. Do I disgust you?"
"Now you do," she hissed and what she was not expecting, was the punch that came in her way, from her own boyfriend.
"Crazy bitch."
He kicked her in the stomach, and she whimpered.
He was so angry, he didn't want to stop. No. He wanted to satisfy the angry beast inside of him, the one who longed for satisfaction all this time, for her, but could not get.
Now it was time, to let the frustration out.
What better way, than to inflict pain, on the same person, who drove him insane all this time?
She kept yelling, crying, and curling up, trying to stop his kicks from breaking her ribs.
"Oh my God, John!"
Emma’s mother came in and saw the horror, with her own eyes.
Fred stopped kicking Emma and looked back at Emma's mother.
Emma's father stormed inside and looked at Emma's mother, Diana, recognizing the fear in her eyes.
"What?" he asked anxiously and turned his head, witnessing, that his daughter's boyfriend, was standing near her bruised body.
Without saying a word, John ran towards Fred and punched him in the face, making Fred slip and fall.
"You son of a b***h! What have you done?" John yelled at him.
Diana was on the phone, contacting the police.
John kept punching Fred, who awkwardly, wasn't trying to escape, or try to stop John.
"Stop it, John. You will kill him."
But John was determined, at the task at hand.
Fred deserved to be punished, for laying his hands, on his daughter.
"John, the police are on their way. Stop it!"
Diana approached her daughter, who was laying on the floor, lifeless like, and her heart sank, at the view.
"Baby, you will be okay...you'll be okay, you'll be okay," her voice trembling.
Emma wanted to talk back to her mother, but she couldn't, the pain she was feeling was unbearable.
"You'll be fine, baby, I promise...I promise," her mother sobbed.
There was a distant sound, which Emma couldn't decipher.
It was like a high-pitched noise, which was becoming louder by the second.
"They're here, John. They're here."
Emma was trying to stay awake, but her body was not complying with her wishes.
Her eyes were trapped in darkness, her words were trapped inside her own mouth.
She couldn't tell her mother, that she was okay, that she will fight for herself and her parents.
She owes herself that. Freedom. Release. Happiness.
I will survive mother. I promise.
