Esmé I have never seen Javier leave a room so quickly before… pendejo (Spanish for stupid). I murmured, shaking my head. I turned around and leaned on the edge of his desk, trying to wait patiently. Mason, out of all people, knows that patience is not my forte, but right now I have to maintain my calm. I have one goal in mind and that goal is to get Aaliyah as soon as possible and without any casualties. I glance at my watch, it has been two minutes since Javier ran out of the office. I am tapping my foot on the tile, as I breathe in and close my eyes when I hear the soft click of the door closing. I inhale the scent of the man that I love the most and smile. “What took you so long?” I asked, opening my eyes and seeing him there leaning on the now-closed door. His hands in his pockets, his eyes raking my body. Heat takes up my cheeks, and I smile. “Stop looking at me as if I was your next meal.” I murmur and bite my lip. “If you keep biting that lip, that is exactly what you will be.” He replied, removing his hands from his pockets and sauntering over to me. “Don’t.” I warned him, he knows what his touch does to me, especially when he looks at me like that. My insides clench and I begin to get moist in areas that should not be getting wet right now. “I am only going to enjoy those lips.” He growls lowly and pulls me toward his lips. One of the reasons why I love this man is because no matter what. He always looks at me as if I was the only person in the room. He looks at me as if I was his only light. He kisses me as if it was the first time. I slow down the kiss, because if we continue the way he wants we will never get out of here. “Mason.” I warned as I gave him one last peck on his now swollen lips. “What is going on?” I asked, pushing him away from me just a bit. “What do you mean?” He furrowed his brows and stood by the door once again. “I mean that Javier ran out of here, telling me how we were going to discuss the tracking device situation.” I answered, getting a bit irritated. How can he act as if nothing at all was going on. “Ok, I am assuming you saw both options?” He asked, dipping his chin to the table. “I did.” I nodded. “Okay, so in other words, I want both devices on you.” He mentioned as if that is not something that I didn’t think of before. Knowing Mason, he would have wanted to implant an Apple AirTag in my asš. “I figured as much, Mason.” I rolled my eyes. “You are lucky that we have to get Aaliyah. If not, I would be bending you over that desk not caring this is Javier's office.” He growled and I had to cross my legs to get some friction. I had to change the subject. I grabbed the small tracking device. “So, where are you thinking of putting this?” “I was thinking of sticking it to the back of your ear.” He stated, taking a step closer to me and grabbing the sticker from my hand. He turned me around, pressing his erection on my lower back, and moved my hair to the side. He moved my ear and placed the sticker right behind my ear. Pressing a kiss on my neck, making goosebumps appear all over my body. My knees became weak and almost, almost a moan came out. My senses are all over the place and he knows that. “Mason.” I whispered, pressing my hands flat on the desk. If it wasn’t because of the tension that is in the office I would’ve thought that the temperature had risen. “We need to move.” He moves away from me and opens the door to the office. “Javier!” He called him out and then shut the door. “The second we get Aaliyah I am bending you over every single flat surface.” He stated and sat down on the chair next to me.
