"Your sister and brother are safe. We found them on our way here and I have ordered my men to take them to a safe place, so don't worry about them," Dylan said while sitting on the passenger seat while Shawn and Ryan sat at the back seat.

"thank you very much" officer Dylan" Ryan said with a smile

"no need to thank me it was my duty Mr Jones " Dylan said

"you don't have to be formal with me, just call me Ryan , i would like to be your friend " Ryan said

"I would like to have a friend like you Ryan , you can call me as Dylan and this person driving here is my assistant his name is Cherry"

"By the way officer Roy how did you find us" Shawn said

"I have been keeping an eye on you both from quite some time" Dylan said and both Ryan and Shawn looked at each other

"Why?" Shawn said

"It's a long story Mr. Shawn I want to discuss some matters with you privately so if you are free in the evening I would like to meet you"

The way with which Dylan spoke it was obvious that it was quiet a serious matter so both of them agreed on meeting with him in the evening , Dylan dropped them home and left for his work

As soon as Shawn and Dylan entered their home they saw the worried faces of their members, Amber ran towards them as soon as she saw them and hugged both of them.

"Are you guys okay , are you injured come here let me check" she then dragged both of them towards the sofa and made them sit down.

"Ryan , Shawn tell us what exactly happened " Mr. Jones asked

"Grace" Shawn said

Nothing else needed to be said, everyone understood what was going on ; the Grace were attacking them from quiet sometimes now but today they crossed their limits.

"How dare those scoundrels lay a hand on my sons ,just because we are going easy on them doesn't mean that they can do anything, they need to be taught a lesson" Mrs. Jones roared

"calm down mom" Shawn tried to calm her but it was of no use

"Your mother is saying the right thing son" Mr. Jones said "I will look into it myself"

"No dad, please let us handle this, " Ryan said .

"Yes dad please let us take care of this matter" Shawn said

AfTer a little more persuasion both the parents calmed down .

After Amber made sure that both the boys were okay she ordered the maids to cook some food while Shawn suddenly grabbed Ryan's ear and Ryan screamed in pain.

"ow, ow, ow brother have mercy ; hyung please what did I do" Ryan said.

"Seriously, you don't know, let me tell you all, mother and father , while we were surrounded by all those gangsters, this brat here provoked their boss and insulted him. He didn't care about his safety at all and nearly got killed because of that and when I signaled him not to do that, he just ignored it. Shawn said

Suddenly Mrs. Jones came and grabbed Ryan's another ear and twisted it and Ryan screamed more this made Shawn let go of Ryan's ear "you brat how dare when will you learn to act smartly you have a death wish , always trying to play the hero today I will make sure to teach you a good lesson" even Mrs. Jones scolded him

While Amber tried to help her little brother Bryan tried to hide his smile while recording the entire scene on his phone the entire scene was too funny for him. While Shawn went to the kitchen to make a coffee for himself.

In the evening Dylan came to their house to discuss the attack. Shawn and Ryan welcomed him and the other family members also thanked him .

"so what is it Dylan" Ryan asked as all three of them settled down in Shawn's study room

"I will come straight to the point , you see I have been looking for a criminal since a few days , but I couldn't find much about him he is extremely smart , after doing a lot of investigation we found that this criminal was related to the Grace corporation and also he was after you both , At first I thought that maybe both of you are also involved with him but after my investigation , I found that this criminal is after your life" Dylan said.

Shawn and Ryan exchanged look and then again looked at Dylan waiting for him to continue

"I started to follow , I wanted to use you two as a medium to reach that guy , today when I found out that you Mr. Shawn were going to return back home I had a strong hunch that they would try to attack you because-!"

"because both the owners of 'Mart-Jone' group were there in the car so they wouldn't have to go through a lot of trouble they would just kill us both together and also my noona who is the future CEO of Jones corporation and also Bryan who owner of the most famous law firm , leaving our company and parents helpless and an easy target for them." Ryan completed

"Exactly" Dylan said "but another question that arises is why exactly they are after you"

"The Grace approached us a few days ago they wanted to do a business deal with us they wanted to buy a land from us but we rejected" Shawn said

"May I ask why?" Dylan said, coming forward.

"That is very valuable for us it belongs to our ancestors and we can't just sell it besides we have some other plans for that piece of land" Ryan said

Dylan nodded and then again looked at the two "well If you two don't have any problem then I would like to work with the two of you to eliminate this common enemy. Please this person had caused a lot of damage to the society kidnapping ,killing, raping , drug smuggling , trafficking , he has to be eliminated as soon as possible"

After Shawn and Ryan heard the list of crimes their eyes became wide they understood how urgent it was to eliminate this person so both of them said yes

"We would cooperate with you officer Roy " Shawn said

"Thanks Mr. Shawn but now that we are in this together I would like you to call me Dylan please drop the formalities with me" Dylan said and Shawn nodded

"I will leave for now , I will contact you as soon as I get any leads. By that time, be safe," Dylan said and both of them nodded.

"I 'll walk you to the door" Shawn said

"Mr. Shawn please be careful, we should not underestimate this criminal "

"DylanI would like to know the name of this criminal "

"Oh sorry! I forgot; the criminal's name is Jasper that's all we know about him"

"ok thank you Dylan you also take care of yourself , until we meet again"

"Mhm" Dylan said and sat on his bike and rode away. Shawn watched the officer till he disappeared from his vision when he came back inside he saw Ryan waiting for him.

"why are you still up" Shawn asked

Ryan gave him a mischievous smile and said " Dylan is so great right?"

"Come on brother, he caught your eye right? that's why you were looking at him continuously without taking your eyes of him even for second"

"looks like I have to tell mother that her son is becoming more naughty" Shawn said and Ryan panicked

"Not fair Hyung" Ryan and Shawn turned to look at him "okay okay I am leaving but really Dylan is really impressive" with that Ryan ran away to his room leaving behind Shawn who smiled a little and murmured "Silly Child" and then went to his room.
