Watching how our children have grown in the last six months has been nothing short of astonishing. They have always been close, the three of them, our little musketeers. But they are so strong now, I know they lean on each other, share their grief.
My little Megan has always struggled with being a hybrid, but now she embraces who she is, and the power I feel in her has surpassed my own now. Jedediah has gone from a shy introvert to a man full of confidence. But Briar, she is the leader that her parents always wanted her to be, and more. Now, with the addition of Jacob, it seems they have found their D’Artagnan. Although we are missing one, I have noticed little Matty has not been around as much lately.
