Briar POV
Well, the day is finally here. Megan, Jedediah and I, and the sprites of course, are at the debate competition. We completed our last round for the day and have just finished dinner.
We are heading out of the dining room went I hear my name called. I turn to see Aiden waving at me. “Briar, wait up, the hand are having a bit of a get together in the gardens of the hotel. Do you all want to join us?”
I try to look as if I am thinking, “I’m, yeah, ok, but we need to call our parents first. Can we meet you in say twenty minutes?” he looks relieved and nods a little too excitedly.
We head out as if to go to our room. I message the group at home,
