“Look, Maximo, I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me so far, but I—” I shook my head, thinking of a better way to reword my thoughts, so I didn’t offend my handsome step-brother-in-law who was just starting to warm up to me, “—Don’t you think this is a little bit extreme?”
