It's is happening
The things Cheryl has told me earlier is happening now. I can hear their loud footsteps, they smell like any other werewolves in the pack so I am sure that it’s them. Cheryl’s father’s trusted men, just like what she said.
And they are here for me. They’re going to kill me and I’m surprised that I am not hyperventilating or panicking right now. I should be, but I’m not. As crazy as it sounds, I already made peace with myself, and I felt slightly better.
But one thing is confusing me
Cheryl told me that she would send her father’s trusted men to get me after Max marked her, but they are already here. And if Max already marked Cheryl, shouldn’t I be on the ground right now, pale and cold? It’ll kill me, no one ever survive that. If only I accepted Max reje
