I knew I made a big mistake not telling Kayla about our bond. I knew about it. She didn't, because she hadn't shifted yet. So I knew I needed to talk to her. I waited for an hour for her to spend time with her parents and to calm down, then went up to her room. When I knocked, both her parents answered her door. They walked out, leaving the door open, I tried talking to her, and I tried reasoning with her. I even tried to stay calm because all I wanted to do was toss her on that bed mate and mark what was mine. but i didn't, But when she got smart with me, disrespecting me, I didn't like it one bit when she told me to leave her room, did she forget that she was in my house, just because she is my mate, i won't stand for disrespect, i’m the f*****g king here, she’s not, Her grandfather might had been the mafia king, but i am the lycan king, im going to need to get this fuckers number, im sick of her not beliving that i am the king, my aura slammed the bedroom door closed, I quickly pushed her against the wall, demading attention when i speak with her, Then i spoke in my Alpha tone, demading respect,

Do I make myself clear?” I leaned forward smelling how good her hair smelled, then leaned into her neck, inhaling her scent, i was so close to her, i pushed up against her, i knew she felt my breath on her neck, she shivered when i nipped at her, just a few more inches i could had marked her, but i didn't, I will not force my mark on her. but she will not disrespect me in my own home, i felt her shiver when i pressed against her, then i whispered in her ear,

“I can smell your arousal little mate, am I turning you on?” i slowly licked her neck knowing what i was doing to her, She pushed me away from her, she was strong, i felt the force when she pushed me away from her, she opened the door asking me to leave, Looking right into her eyes, i said fine, but after all this is said and done, you are mine little mate, I walked out the door with her slamming the door, i heard her slide down the door, chuckling to myself, i knew i took her breath away, i wanted to learn so much about her, I knew her family was ruthless, i just wanted to see how ruthless they really where, I walked over to my room i noticed her father was standing by my door waiting for me, here we go,

“I know you where my daughters mate when we drove up the driveway, did you not think i heard you gasp when you looked at her, You might had heard about us Lucas, but you have no idea what the h3ll we can do, we are the f*****g mafia family, you hurt one of us, you better pray that im the only one that comes after you, because the rest will follow, you better not hurt my daughter, this might be your f*****g house, but shes right, you should had told her, Im not being disrespectful, i am being a protective father, Just watch your step around my kid, other then that, when are we going to be going to the filing building, i want to get this started?” I listened to what he had to say, i knew he was just being a father, if someone did this to my kid, i would be acting the same way but maybe a little worse, but this is my home, so he's being respectful, my lycan even tempered at his words, s**t my lycan feared this man, this is crazy,

“We will start tomorrow, i can get my cousin Corey to do the paperwork, but yeah meet me in my office at seven in the morning, Jasmine should be there she is the one that takes care of the deposits and the files, So if she knows anything she will let us know when we get there,” He nodded than stood there for just a second, sighing he finally said fine, than asked if we had ice cream and olives, i tried not to gag what the hell did he need that for, then i thought about it, ohhh his mate is pregnant,

“Yeah it's in the kitchen you're welcome to anything in there, I'm heading to bed, just meet me in the office at eight am, and then we will go from there, it's time to start this.” He headed off while i went to bed, taking a shower then got out with just my boxers, i was ready for bed, i had a long day tomorrow,

When i finally got rid of the last three lycans, i knew it was a matter of time that they would find me again, i had to make sure that they couldn't find the files that i had hidden, i had some copies with me, i made three copies, one goes to Corey, thats the kings cousin, one goes to Tasha, the other goes to the king. I told the guy if he hadn't heard from me in a few days, to hand the files right to them, do not hand it over to anyone else but to them, he would be greatly paid when that happened, until then i had to leave, I was in a small town for a few days now, i was hiding out in a run down hotel, i didn't think they would find me so quickly, i was trying to settle down here for just a few more days but that wasn’t going to happen, i was sitting in a cozy little restaurant having lunch with a cup of hot tea, i was using a spray to cover my scent so no one would know i was a lycan, but what i didnt think is to wear a wig or change my hair color or wear colored contact lenses, I smelled them right when they walked into the door, i thought to myself, ‘s**t, i slipped a few bills on the table to pay for my meal, i knew they were looking for me, so i put my hood on that i had on my hoodie, if i was lucky i could get out of here without being seen, So I did what the humans did, I slowly got up leaving the bill money with the check, I told the waitress to keep the change then i started to leave, I was out the door walking down the sidewalk when someone said my name, i pretende it wasn’t me, i didn’t know who they were talking about or i tried to act like i didnt know who they were talking about, i knew they were close maybe a block away from me, so i qicken my steps,

“Jasmine Ray, i know that is you, you can not hide from us forever, you are wanted back to the castle.” When i heard that, i knew it wasn't by the kings order, these were rogues, i could smell them, they to tried to hide their scent, but with a lycan nose, i could smell them from a mile away, s**t, i needed to get out of here, they now knew i knew it was them, i heard them quicken their pace, it was time to get the h3ll out of there, i stared running looking for a place to get away, most of the doors where locked, i knew of an abandoned building that was close by, it was a old printing press company, i snuck in there one night to look around, i knew everything that was inside that building, i made sure there weren't any humans around when i did what i did, i jumped with one leap onto of the building running and jumping over them, the rogue lycans figured out what i did and they did the same thing, they were closing in on me, i jumped through a cracked window into the old building, knocking my shoulder out of place, f**k, i had to put it back in place, and quick, hurrying through a door i knocked my shoulder back in place when i quickly and painfully hit it as hard as i could, i heard a crunch and it was back in its jointm, damn that hurt, hearing the rogues inside the building they were blocking my way out, i was trying to figure out how to get out of here, and fast,

“Jasmine, there is no use trying to get away, your cornered, the boss wants you back, he didn't like you running away like you did, either give us the folders, or come back with us and die, your choice,” I forgot about the old printing machines that were chained up above the ceiling, with one kick of the lever i saw beside me, i knew where it went, it went up to the chains to bring them quickly down, I kicked it as heard as i could, it took a few tries when it finally went up, the machines came quickly down on top of the two rogues either that would kill them, or it would really piss them off, i hurried out the window jumping down to the ground, i was lucky i had my money, i had to forget about my car, i hurried to the train station, if i can get out, i could go to two towns over, they wouldn't think i would stop there, but i could get a wig, or color my hair, but atleast i got away this time, i got to the train station, i was hoping noone would see me get on this thing, I could hide in the back out of everyones way, its just for the next two stops, it might take a few hours, but atleast im away from the rogues, even if its just for a little while, i sat back in one of the last seats hoping noone would notice i was there, i didn't rilieze i was so tired, until i heard the whistle of the engine of the train blow and the man said last stop before the train goes back, s**t, i grabbed my bag hurrying off the train, now i have to figure out where the hell i go from here,
