Today is Friday, the last Friday of the month. A few months after Kimora became the CEO, she set a new policy of only working half a day on Fridays. Only exception is if you have unfinished work then you must complete it but other than that, every staff member can check out 2:00 pm on Fridays.
This is a good policy and beneficial for people with families, I think it gives them more time to spend with their families. It is a good policy except it doesn't exactly benefit me, because no matter what, I still have to stay back and do most of the work. It only gives my colleagues the excuse to dump more workload on me. I don't want to imagine how I would cope if Juriane didn't start up here, over the weeks she's been quite helpful and reduces my workload by half.
