The grocery store's lights flickered off once again as lightning struck, leaving him in complete darkness. The weather outside became frightfully full-on storm but the store was warm although the last of the electricity's power was struck off by lightning. Aiden sat in the dark looking out the store as the staff rallied around to restore the power. He had no intentions of returning to his apartment.
