Axel pulled up at the curb outside the building that stood in its pastel glory.
They walked down the path as they got down from the car.
Axel pulled himself together and glanced at Bruno who nodded him on, he pulled open the glass door stepping into the store, holding the door open for Bruno as he stepped in too. He gently released the door.
Bruno's gaze swept the entire room, a whiff of old parchment, books, and dust graced his nostrils.
"Can I help you?" A girl appeared from behind the shelves.
Bruno regarded the teenage girl when she met his eyes, she instantly looked away, and he felt her wolf cower.
"Garry Eden, is he here?" Axel asked.
The girl's eyes widened, and waves of fear emanated from her.
"Garry's my grandfather. I hope there's no trouble?"
