“Chess!!” Ralph calls out playfully from inside.
“I’m coming! Keep your hair on!” I shout back in reply with a smile, watching Gabriel as he walks down the alleyway towards the busy street.
I make my way inside and close the doors tightly behind me, securing each lock and hatch in place carefully.
