I was busy in the conference room working on the papers from the team work allocated to me, when I heard the door opening, making me glance up. It was Seb, one of the guys on the team. He came in with his laptop in hand, and a mug of coffee in the other.
“Alright Livvy.” He smiled. “You hiding?”
“Quieter in here sometimes” I admit, and he chuckles.
“Tell me about it.” He says, sitting himself down a couple of seats down from me. “You want a coffee, love?”
“Mmm, that would be great actually, thanks.” I said, passing him my long since empty mug by my side.
He came to take it from my hand, moving across to the coffee station at the side of the conference room. “So, you liking working for your big brother?” he asked.
I sigh. Is that all people are going to connect me with here?
