Other than the early morning drama with a security guard taking a liking to my ass and trying to grope it on the way up in the elevator, at the dreadful timing of just as my brother arrived as I told him where to go, my day at work had been okay. I was becoming accustomed to the systems they used. Eli had said I could work on the things he had forwarded to me today, and that Gio would be in touch at some point later in the week for the team work we would be preparing for the business deal the company would be forming with a new business associate.
So, today was a smooth and easy day. Noah avoided me, or perhaps he was busy. He was a businessman after all, this was his company, a very successful one at that, so I would be naïve to think he sat in his office all day twiddling his thumbs. T
