Noah's breath hitched as his heartbeat fastened at an incredible pace. He could feel himself drowning in Nox's ocean blue eyes. "T-Thank you," he whispered. The butterflies in his stomach fluttered at Nox's word. "I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable," Nox said and let go of Noah's hand. Noah shook his head. He wasn't a bit uncomfortable by Nox's touch.
