Sapphire peered outside. All was quiet. Where did he go? He couldn't have left since his luggage was sitting on the floor near the main door. She glanced at the sofa and could make out that Denver was lying there. She walked around towards it and stood right in front, watching Denver, already fast asleep, still wearing his uniform.
