The trip started with exploring everything that Galveston offered. Sapphire had never been to Galveston before. Therefore, this quaint seaside city of Texas, with its 32 miles of sun-drenched shoreline at one lining the Gulf of Mexico, excited her. Denver showed her the Pleasure Pier’s waterfront pleasures, the Texas Seaport Museum, and the world’s tallest water coaster at Schlitterbahn Water Park. They headed to the island’s west end for kayaking and fishing. The food on board was the best, with so many mouth-watering seafood specialties on display that it was difficult to choose from them.
