I stood downstairs in the dining room, everyone else encircled around the massive table, Koti at my side. Carlisle wanted to discuss with the family about Koti being changed into a vampire and wanted their agreement. In the coven if one person has a problem we all have to discect it before we can make a decision. This was just like Bella's asking to join after she went to Italy to save Edward. Everyone but Rosalie and Edward was for it but their reasons were more along the lines of what they would have wanted for themselves. Apart from that Bella was loved by the entire family so there was no problem. "I am aware you all know why we are here but for those that don't I'd like you to meet Koti, Emmetts girl friend." Carlisle said as he gestured in our general direction. I saw Nessie arching her neck to get a better look, from the seat between her parents. She smiled when she saw me and giggled a bit. Nessie was a bit mature for her age understood the concept of love and was fascinated by the idea of me being happy again. Especially after the death of Rosalie. It was for Nessie that I did my best to keep together after Rosalie. She was very sensitive because of her human emotions and would cry whenever someone was sad, the only difference was that because of her heightened senses when it came to physicality, was that everything she felt was heightened. Whenever she was sad Ness would go into a depression and whenever she was scared she would be terrified. The same with her normal emotions, happiness was increased as well as hyperness and anger. "I say yes I want uncle Emmett to be happy." She said quickly. Bella rose to her feet. "It's an extraordinary thing to meet someone who you can bare your soul to and accept you for what you are. I've been waiting what seems like a very long time, to get beyond what I am. With you I feel like I can finally begin. No measure of time with you will be long enough. But lets start with forever." she said. I was confused with her choice of words but then I understood she was quoting her husband, Edward, and what he said during his toast after they were officially married. "In other words, I say yes." Edward rose to his feet as well with a rather large grin on his face and pulled Bella into his arms. "Bella speaks of such truth, I say yes." Three in four more to go. Naturally though Carlisle and Esme will agree as long as everyone else does. Unless Esme is against it then he will side with her. Esme is never against something unless she has a strong reason to be. "Alice, Jasper... what are your thoughts on this?" Carlisle asked. Alice smiled. "I already know she is going to make Emmett happy so I vote yes." she squeeked. Everyone then turned their heads to look at Jasper. "Well I can't deny I don't know how they feel towards one another since I am awkwardly feeling it too." he chuckled. "It would be selfish of me to say no so I say yes." That was everyone, now we get to hear from Esme and then Carlisle. She looked up at me and Koti with a warming smile and I knew we had won. I would get to keep Koti for the rest of eternity. "I am glad that after everything you have been through that you were brave enough to allow yourself to feel and experience love again. It's never easy getting past the death of your loved one but when you have someone at your side it gets easier and easier with every passing second." she paused and I knew her mind was at work, trying to find the next words. "But-" great, there was a 'but'. "-I think you should both slow things down a bit. After all once this is done it can't be undone. Take some time to make sure this is what you want. If it is then we can seal your love with the traditional right of passage, a wedding." I heard Alice squeek, she loved doing weddings. "Then you can seal the deal." I sighed but deep down I knew Esme was right. Why do today what you can do tomorrow, especially if tomorrow is the better day. "Koti, we are more then excited to welcome you into the family but I also agree with my wife. How about we give a set date to this. It is September 30th so hows November 30th, that's 2 months." Carlisle said. Two more months that was simple enough for me. I looked at Koti and she nodded her head. Of course to her two months was probably worth it. From the table I heard a small cough and everyone's head turned towards Alice. "I already know the outcome so I'm going to start planning right now." she said before getting up from the table and skipping off. "So it's decided then, Koti you are already considered part of the family. The wedding is in two months and after the wedding you can use Isle Esme as the honeymoon spot where you can get things moving along." Carlisle smiled and then him and Esme rose to their feet. Alice came flitting back into the room and practically pushed Jasper out the door muttering about him going hunting with Carlisle and Esme. Edward, Bella and Renesmee headed outside as well except I knew they were going home. That left me and Koti to ourselves. We moved over to the couch and sat down. For the longest moment we did nothing but gaze at one another until she broke the silence. "So during the honeymoon we can try for our family." she began. I brought my hand up to my forehead, here we go again. "You can die." I said flatly. She shook her head. "I will hold on I promise. I just want a family, for us." The thought of a little boy running towards me with his arms outstretched toward me flittered through my mind. I could hear him calling me daddy and a smile stretching across my face. How was I to deny her something if I wanted it as well. The only problem that kept me from carrying through with it was the chance of her dying. But then Bella is still alive and from her experience we knew what to do and what to expect. We could prepare for this and everything could go so smooth. I looked at her. "Before I agree to this I want you to talk to Bella about what is was like to her. Then I want you to hear from Edward about the pain he went through watching the woman he loved going through all of that. Lastly I want you to spend a day with Nessie, observe her behavoir, see how different she is and then if you are still up to it, you have my cooperation." I finished. "Have Renesmee show you what she saw, what she remembers from the day she was born." I said before I picked up the remote and turned on the tv to give my mind something to do. "Okay, so Bella, Edward and then Renesmee." She repeated. "Where are they?" "They went back to their house to get Renesmee ready for bed, they'll be back in about 10 seconds." I replied as I settled on a tv show that recapped historic football players that made and broke records. Of course it was a replay from five months ago but it still gave my mind something to do. Just then Bella and Edward walked in, Renesmee in his arms. I smiled as I saw Nessie wearing the feety pajama's I bought her for her birthday. That was the one day I actually did my best to go about my day normal even when Koti had left for those few weeks. I had left the house and ventured out into town to find Ness a birthday present. Of course Alice texted me the name of a store and I being curious went there and found nothing but feety pajama's. I ended up buying 20 pairs in various colors, designs and sizes and then mailed them out to Washington. Alice told me that when Nessie opened the box she was estatic. That entire week she wanted to wear nothing but her pajama's I got her. I watched from my periphial vision as Koti got up and crossed the room to Bella. After hearing her ask her about what she went through during her pregnancy with Renesmee I saw the two disappear upstairs. Another fifteen minutes and I saw Edward head upstairs with Renesmee as if he had been called. After another thirty minutes Koti came back downstairs and took a seat beside me before she curled up into my arms. I gave it a few seconds before I spoke. "So what are your thoughts now? Do you still want to go through with it?" I asked her. In a very slow manner she nodded her head. "Sure it will be full of pain and misery but when its all over with things will be better and you will see it was well worth it." I blinked, surprised by her words. In a way she was right. After all the best things in life aren't easy to obtain, some blood sweat and tears have to be spilled in order to gain them.
