The next day started with a light head and ton of sunlight pouring in from the window. Samirah squinted her eyes at Alice. "Close the curtains," Samirah gro-aned and buried her head under a pillow. She was so tired. Alice and Samirah did not sleep until two in the morning because Samirah wanted to watch a movie out of the blue. Considering how late she slept, Samirah felt like she has the right to sleep in for the day. "It's two in the afternoon Samirah. You need to get up, eat something and get ready for your ceremony!"
