Slowly, Samirah started to feel tired and eventually fell asleep. The lounge room was quiet and cool in hot summer day. She slept for more than two hours before she woke up feeling the familiar wine scent around her. Samirah opened her eyes just enough to see Kian lying down next to her.
"You done with work?" Samirah asked lazily wrapping her arms around him. Kian buried his head between her shoulder and neck, his slightly long hair tickled a little.
"No, I'm taking a break." His muffled voice and warm breath made her shiver. Samirah sighed, it was unfair that a man's voice had the ability to seduce. How was she supposed to keep up when he was being like this?
"Why are you sticking to me like this?" Samirah asked with a smile that he couldn't see. Kian lifted his head with a frown.
