Kian called earlier in the day that he had a last minute meeting to attend tomorrow. He won't be coming home as he had to take a flight at night. After an hour of sulking in absence of her mate, Samirah thought it was the perfect time to pay a visit to Thea and give her the sweet treats she mate.
She picked up Alice on the way and asked Raphael for the keys.
"Is it okay to go down so often?" Raphael asked, very hesitant to hand over the key after he saw Samirah carrying a cloth bag. It was very suspicious.
"It isn't? Did Kian tell you that?"
Raphael promptly dropped the key on Alice's open palm, took the small bag of truffles offered by Samirah and left as if it had nothing to do with him.
