The two talked for a while before hanging up. Samirah stared at the phone screen, thinking how did she fall for someone so fast? Wasn't she traumatized by her past experience in love? Shouldn't she gave a hard time forgetting all that? Yet, here she was, loving a man she had known for a little less than two months. Love was truly a fascinating feeling. A silly grin took over her face. Samirah threw her phone on the bed and ran downstairs to announce the happy news to aunt Iris. "Auntie! Kian said the date is fixed!"
