I sat in Cullen’s office in the chair across from him at his desk. We had just finished meeting with the Nomadic Fae and now needed to wait for them to discuss the terms we offered for the treaty. The witch, Samantha, had called and left a message about meeting to discuss finding Voldigoad.
“So, do you trust her?” Cullen asked.
“I don’t know. She was noticeably short when we were there and gave us just enough information. Then she calls back and wants to meet Remi?” I said.

“I can only assume she is referencing the Witch Mother. But I do not know what that would have to do with Remi,” I told him.
