Remi leaned against me. I tried to lightly rub her back as she laid against me with her eyes closed.
“What do we do?” Cullen linked me.
“I don't know…” I said looking at our mate. She looked so defeated and I couldn’t blame her. After last night’s confession, she didn’t sleep well. Then our little reprieve this morning definitely hadn’t been enough to prepare her for everything that followed. She was so overwhelmed she had a panic attack right in the middle of my office.
“I think she is asleep,” he continued.
