Helio’s POV “Are you having a nice time?” Elsa asked me as I watched Aspen dance with her father. I could tell from her expression he was trying to convince her to stay. “Hmm?” I asked absently, worry clenching in my gut. I couldn’t imagine going back to Ember Moon without Aspen. She wasn’t just my mate, after all. I loved her deeply and didn’t like the idea of not having her by my side. Elsa giggled. “I asked if you were having a nice time.” “Oh.” I briefly glanced at Aspen’s younger sister. She was a vision in baby blue with white, gauzy accents. Just like Aria, she could almost be Aspen’s twin, but for the eyes and hair color. My gaze was inextricably drawn back to Aspen, however. “I’m having an interesting time, let’s say.
