Cindra’s POV I settled onto the stone pew a few rows back from the front of the temple and took a deep breath. It had been far too long since I’d been inside the Moon Goddess’s temple. My eyes darted around, taking in the lovely decorations, old paintings and statutes, but it was difficult to focus. I’d come here to seek Her out, to see if I could grasp a clue as to whether or not Knox was truly my mate, but the room seemed empty around me.
