The rest of the party went smoothly. Liam and Ayla vanished shortly after Liam returned to the party. I was happy for them. I already loved Ayla like my own sister and Liam and I have been friends all of our lives. Jensen was nowhere to be found, which was probably a good thing for now, because I was unsure of what Jackson might do to him, let alone Liam. Today was another busy day at the pack house. Since I had overslept, I was alone in the dining room picking at the food Margo had brought me. I was more amused by watching Jen and Margo rushing people around and barking orders, then I was hungry. I missed my mom and, in some ways, watching these two women reminded me of her.
