Katelina lay in Jorick's arms, body throbbing with pain and terror. Oren slid the van door open so that it gaped like the mouth of a beast. The same van she'd been kidnapped in, the van that had brought her to this nightmare.
Jorick took a step towards it, but she stiffened and clutched at him. "No," she whimpered and gave him a pleading look. "Not in there again."
