I
An Ultima wolf, that is Galadriel Horts. She is the only child of Alpha Ceazare and Luna Alexenia, both Ultima wolves, from the Golden Glowing Pack. They have the ability to transform a mortal or human into their kind of species or into a wolf too.
Galadriel just turned seventeen and would be in her first year of college life. Her Alpha and Luna parents decided to send her to college, in the biggest university in the city, which is the Wilgard Zycon University.
On her first day at the University, Galadriel came like an ordinary student. She wore the University’s School uniform and on her back is her Nike Backpack bag. No one would ever think that she is a strong Ultima Wolf and the only daughter of the strongest Alpha and Luna of the North of Rome.
Galadriel could smell combinations of human blood and wolf blood in the university. At one point, she even stopped walking when she was able to sniff another blood smell, not of human or wolf but something like… vampire!
She was walking in the corridor of the university’s second floor, going to her locker room when someone blocked her way. She could smell him and she could not be wrong. He is a vampire!
She looked up at him and saw a grinning man in his rugged and handsome-looking ashen face. He is also wearing the University’s school uniform.
“Excuse me,” Galadriel said with irritation in her tone.
“I have been looking at you the moment you entered the University’s gate. You captured my eyes, young lady. I am Ethos by the way and you are?” His smile was captivating that other women might squeal if shown with such.
Galadriel however is different. She felt nothing when Ethos came near; there was no spark. Her wolf inside her did not even move. So why would she even waste her time to entertain his coquetry?
Without emotion, Galadriel looked at the man who introduced himself as Ethos. “I have no time for this. I need to run to my first class. So, back off please.”
Ethos was somewhat insulted yet felt challenged with the way she treated him. No woman in this University ever did that to him.
Again, Ethos smiled in his most enthralling way and moved his hand with the intent to hold her face but Galadriel was quick enough to block his hand by her fist and looked at him with her red blazing eyes. The vampire boy was taken aback, turned his back but left her with that warning and challenging look.
Nearby, a boy in his university uniform, a backpack on his back, and thick eyeglasses on his eyes stopped from walking as he watched a pretty university student who seemed to be new in the school, approached by the University’s soccer football captain named Ethos, a third-year Civil Engineering student. He further saw it when the pretty new student blocked Ethos’ hand, which was about to touch her face. He smiled. At last, someone was able to resist the charm of Ethos, who is popular in their university especially with the girls. He touched his eyeglasses and with his head down started to walk again.
Galadriel on one hand made a sudden turn as she decided not to go to her locker room anymore, instead, she would go directly to the assigned room of her first subject. She is taking up BS Biology as her Pre-Medical Course. As she turned her heels, she heavily bumped someone passing by.

The man Galadriel bumped was almost outbalanced by the impact. His eyeglasses fell, thus he quickly bent to pick it up, hoping it was not broken. As he straightened up, a pair of beautiful ocean blue eyes looked at him with awe, her face bearing an expression as if she saw something that she could not believe to be true.
Galadriel has been frozen as she smelled the human male she bumped into. His scent lingered into her nostrils down to her heart and her wolf Alesha almost jumped when his deep brown eyes looked at her with a surprise yet with admiration clouding it.
“Oh, I’m sorry, I’m sorry Miss.” Immediately, the man put on his eyeglasses after he mumbled that apology. Thereafter, he left Galadriel hurriedly.
“Hey! I’m sorry too. I am Galadriel, what’s your name?” Galadriel shouted to capture again the attention of the man she bumped into.
The man automatically stopped as he heard the words of Galadriel. He turned his back to face her. “I am Thorin… Thorin Grecon. Nice meeting you,” he shyly replied then fled afterward.
Galadriel frowned as she scanned the physical features of the man. He could not be her mate although her heart and her wolf are telling her differently.
The man has thick eyeglasses, a thin body or she may say, not a muscled body, and her moves seem like that of a shy type boy who could not even break a Popsicle. If he is her mate, how could he be a great alpha? He is not the mate she neither dreamt of nor wanted.
“He is our mate, he is our mate.” Alesha repeatedly said that echoed over Galadriel’s ears. Alesha is her wolf.
She scolded Alesha. “Stop it, Alesha. How could he be our mate? He is a mortal, a human, and my, oh my, looks at him; could he be a strong Alpha of the Golden Glowing Pack? Tell me, Alesha, could he be the strongest Alpha, who can replace my father?”
Alesha kept her silence, then after a moment she answered in a whispering manner, “He will be Galadriel; he will be the strongest Alpha of the Golden Glowing Pack.”
Galadriel laughed upon hearing what her wolf had said. “Are you joking Alesha? I don’t think so. He looks like a geek; lame and weak. I won’t settle for a man like that Alesha. Remember Alesha, I am the sole heir of the strongest Alpha and Luna of the North of Rome, who happened to be Ultima Wolves too.”
“I am certain Galadriel; believe me,” Alesha said with conviction.
Galadriel shook her head and once again laughed at Alesha. “You are going blind Alesha but not me. Be silent now as I am going to attend my first subject already. By the way Alesha, happy learning too.” Then Galadriel smiled but Alesha never bothered to reply.
