Khalifa's POV
I waited for everyone to leave before rising to all fours and then helping myself up with the wall.
"Hey come on, aren't you curious to know what the outsides of this room look like? I'm definitely dying to," Fumi said and she linked our arms together.
The body contact however repulsed me. Plus I was literally dying to do something else.
"You should hurry in that case, I still have some things to do," I said as I put some distance between us while she cleared the hurt look on her face.
"Are you sure?" She asked but I had locked the bathroom door and left her without an answer.
Pity from her wouldn't do me any good. Plus friendship was too farfetched for me right now given how I had both disappointed people and been disappointed myself by people I trusted.
