Chapter 7: Sold*

Alannah came round from her beating to find she was hanging upside down from her feet. Her body hurt like hell, but she was happy about that. If her plan had worked, she looked like a Dog’s dinner and no one would want to buy her for s*x work. 

"If someone did, it is a low-end establishment which would make it easier to escape!" Alannah thought as she spat out some blood. The best thing Alannah could do was try and rest as best she could.

Night had fallen before a couple of Guards came to cut her down. Alannah fell face-first into the ground before been pulled to her feet by her hair.

“It is time to go you w***e! Though who would want you, I don’t f*****g know!” One of the Guards said as they dragged her back to the factory.

“Maybe she will go so cheap, we could buy her. I have never f****d a redhead before, have you?” The second Guard said before laughing.

Alannah was pushed into a dark room and then suddenly a bright light came on blinding her. She heard a voice over a speaker system.

“Here we have the last lot of the day! A rare beauty, who lives up to the fiery redhead nature! A 15-year-old, so young and fresh. An excellent project for anyone that likes to break someone. Shall we start the $250,000?” The Male voice said. Much to Alannah’s satisfaction no one bid.

“Come now, gentlemen! How many redheads, green-eyed women do we get here? Think of the premium price you could charge! Let’s start at $200,000! An absolute bargain!” The man said with a desperate edge to his voice. Alannah would have smirked if her face did not hurt so much.

“$175,000? Last chance Gentleman!” said the male voice.  Suddenly, a red light came on and Alannah held her breath. Someone had bid on her.

“Excellent! $185,000 anyone?” The male voice said hopefully. No more lights came on. “ Going once, going twice....sold to the Triad Gang at a bargain price! That is it, today gentleman, please send your accountant to settle the balance. Here at The Market, we wish you every joy of your purchases and hope to see you next month!” The male voice said as Alannah was dragged out of the room. 

The Guards then took her to another room that had many doors in it. Each door had a symbol on it, everything from dragons to tridents. She could hear other women behind the door and she realised this was the collection point. The Guard's stopped outside the door that had a triangle on, they then placed a metal collar around Alannah’s neck.

“I know you think you are clever, but you are not. The Triads are one of the worst gangs out there!” The Guard’s said as he pushed her into there.

“Enjoy what is left of your incredibly short life!" The Guard said before slamming the door shut leaving Alannah in complete darkness.

After what seemed like an eternity the there was a clunking sound and the lights turned on. A door from the other side of the room opened. Stood in the doorway was a huge black man with a fox with nine tails on his neck. His amber eyes looked like they did not miss much. Alannah looked at the floor.

“My name is Tao and I will be your master. You are now the property of the Triad and they could decide to kill you at any moment. The metal collar around your neck is a shock collar, which means if you misbehaving you will be punished. If you try to escape, the collar will kill you. Do you understand?” Tao said and Alannah nodded still looking at the floor. 

Alannah suddenly felt a sharp shock.

“I asked you a question, I expect an answer!” Tao said.

“Yes, I understand!” Alannah said as she looked directly into Tao's eyes. Tao saw hate and rage fill those green eyes. 

“Good, she not the timid mouse she is pretending to be!” Tao thought.

“Good, now follow me. Don’t try anything or you won’t see the light of day again.” Tao said as he walked fast.

Alannah had to jog to keep up with him as he led her to two black cars waiting.

“Hun I have the purchase!” Tao said bowing his head.

Hun walked over to Alannah and put his hand under her chin lifting her head.

“Hmmm. Tao here thinks you are a worthy purchase, I have yet to decide. Now, do you understand what will happen if you disobey us?” Hun said.

“Yes, Sir,” Alannah said dutifully.

“Sir? I am not Sir as I work for a living. You can call me Boss, that if you survive the training process!” Hun said before turning to toil.

“Don’t go easy on her, I want the best - remember that!” Hun said and he got into one black car. 

“You are lucky he likes you. Now get in the back of that car!” Tao said nodding to the four by four. Alannah did as she was told as Tao got into the driver’s seat. The back doors locked and there were metal bars between the back and the front seats. 

“There is food and water in the box there. I suggest you eat as you will need your strength!” Tao said as Alannah looked at the box suspiciously.

“If I wanted to harm you, it would not be by poison,” Tao said seeing her look. Alannah nodded and devoured the cold rice and chicken hungrily.

“Thank you, Master!” Alannah said genuinely once she finished. 

Tao just grunted as he continued to keep his eyes on the road. Alannah suddenly felt tired, as the events of the day caught up with her and fell asleep. 

“I hope you make it!” Tao mumbled.

“Time to get up Girl!” Tao said and Alannah moaned as she was stiff as hell. 

“Be out the front in 10 mins or you will regret it!” Tao said as Alannah got up.

“Yes, Master!” Alannah said as she quickly got washed and changed into the clothes that were put out for her. 

The room was just a mattress on the floor, with a sink, a toilet and a chair, but to Alannah, it was like a palace. She walked out quickly to the front of the building and stood in line with six men.

“Are you lost sweetheart?” A man with black hair leered.

“Man, she is so ugly the brothel threw her out! Now, she is here to comfort us!” A Chinese man said and all the men laughed. 

“I rather guide my Mum into my Dad than have you touch me!” Alannah snapped.

“What did you say little w***e?” The man with black hair said walking over to her.

“What? Are you hard of hearing or did what I say bring up warm memories for you?” Alannah said and the rest of the men sniggered.

“Why you little s**t!” The black-haired man said as he tried to punch her, but Alannah saw it coming a mile off. She dogged and grabbed his arm, twisting it. She felt the satisfying pop of his shoulder been dislocated. The man screamed and did a high kick, trying to make contact with Alannah’s head. 

“Sloppy!” Alannah thought as grabbed his ankle and making him fall to the floor.

Alannah straddled him, pinning down his arms and preceded to jab him in between the ribs. This is especially painful, Alannah knew, as it was where nerve clusters are located.

“You f*****g b***h, I am going to kill you!” The black-haired man screamed.

“Oh really? How are you going to do that cunt?” Alannah said as she punched him in the nose repeatedly.

“Enough!” Tao roared as he dragged Alannah off by her head. The black-haired man had lost Consciousness after Alannah’s second punch. 

“What the f**k are you doing?” Tao roared and Alannah stayed quiet. 

“Maya, you take this morning’s training session whilst I deal with this,” Tao said.

Alannah had not noticed a small young Chinese woman, who had dark brown eyes and a scar on her neck. Maya gave a quick nod and shouted for one man to take the black-haired man to the medical room and for the rest of the men to warm up.

Tao dragged a struggling Alannah to the back of the building. There was a hole that was four feet across with a metal grid on top and it was full of dirty looking water Tao lifted the grind and flung Alannah on there. 

Alannah gasped as her body hit the cold water and Tao put the grind down. Alannah grabbed the grid to stop her from drowning. The hole was too deep for her to put her feet down.

“Maybe this will cool down your hot temper! You fight when I tell you to fight!” Tao roared.

“It is not my fault he got his arsed kicked by a 15-year-old girl!” Alannah shouted at the Tao's back, before 

Alannah prepared herself for a difficult day ahead.
