"Cass, calm down! It's me!"
I just jumped from the bushes and changed myself from wolf to human. I crouched in front of Cassandra, sitting on the ground level while crossing my arms over my head. She was shivering, so scared.
"Erick? Was that big wolf just you?"
"Well, it's me. Didn't you even notice I was coming? Can't you smell my appearance?"
Cassandra looked relieved. She was still sitting on the ground with her knees shaking.
"What are you doing here, Erick?"
I reached out my hand and gently rubbed the top of her head. "Sorry, I startled you. I came to look for you."
Her face flushed. I reach out my hand to Cassandra and help her up.
"Finally, you met. Where did you stay last night?"
