How could that piece of s**t become my fiancé? Who in their right mind would choose someone like him?

I did hear from my dear father that he had planned to hold an official engagement, but I never knew that I was engaged to someone like him.

I usually don't feel a thing. Even when the professor died right in front of my eyes, I felt nothing.

Sometimes, I feel like I am nothing more than an empty person. It's like I don't have a soul inside me. Only Trinity made me realize that someone like me could also enjoy my life.

Bella took her leave after dropping me near the packhouse. When I walked inside, I found that the pack members were gathered in the main hall and father was standing in the middle with Helena and Ares.

Now, what sort of new blame are they going to put on me?

“Alpha Xavier called me today. How dare you insult your chosen mate in front of his pack members?

That Xavier dared to talk to me in that tone because of your fault.” My father grabbed my hair and when he saw me covered in blood and wounds, I could tell that he was satisfied.

Is he trying to imagine someone else in my place?

He is definitely a sick-minded and twisted person.

I was trying to bear the pain but when Alpha Cain looked straight into my eyes, he gasped in shock.

Throw her inside her room. Looking at her good for nothing face just boils my blood in rage.” My father growled in his alpha's tone and the pack members immediately held me by my arms, and they started to drag me towards my room.

The pack members didn't look happy. I could see that they were blaming me inside their heads.

Can't you think about us for once? Everything was messed up the day you were born in this pack.

If only our Luna decided not to give birth to you, then we would not be facing such a day.” The guy clicked his tongue in annoyance and the girl agreed to whatever he was saying about me.

Why would I do something so stupid?

They are the ones who have a problem with me, so why should I give up on myself? It was not my decision to be born, but my mother's, and I am going to respect that.

They both threw me inside the closet like room. They could at least put me in bed. I was still lying on the cold floor while I tightly closed my eyes.

This is all happening because of those four.

I suddenly heard a knock, and before I could tell anything to that person, he immediately barged inside my room.

I tried to turn, but my whole body was in pain. The bleeding didn't stop as my dear father flogged me with a silver-spiked whip. The wounds might take a little longer to heal on their own.

You were such a great slave, so why did you suddenly change? If you know what's best for you, then you should lower your head in front of the people who hold a higher position than you.” I heard a familiar voice and when that person stood in front of me, I sighed in frustration.

Why exactly is my dear half-brother here?

“I really want to bend my knees after hearing such motivating words, but as you can see that I am in no position to even welcome you into my room, I believe that you should just f**k off and leave me alone, Ares.

In the post, I was standing close to the famous four, and the students were also discussing the murder of that perverted professor in the group chat.
